Description
Arbors Apartments was a rehabilitation of a 36 unit apartment complex with the addition of a new 1,200 SF community room in Richmond. Work was spaced among ten buildings in six phases. Coordination and scheduling was required for property management to relocate tenants into unoccupied or completed units. Work included replacing the windows, roofs, kitchen cabinets and countertops, updating the bathrooms, new flooring and new paint. The site was improved by making it ADA accessible along with new arbors, fencing, sidewalks and a new community building.
