Rehabilitation of 94 affordable senior housing units. The units are broken up into 12 cottages (48 units) and 1 larger 2 story apartment building (46 units). The project is broken up into phases, and in each phase the buildings receive all new interior finishes, new windows, new siding, and new electrical services. The project also includes a complete renovation and addition to the existing office and community building.
