Description
The project consisted the tenant improvement of a 16,907 SF space for The HUB. The HUB is a youth-driven community center created by and for current and former foster youth ages 15–25. It offers a safe, inclusive environment where young people can feel connected, supported, and empowered. The space includes self-service resources and a computer lab to help meet educational and employment goals. The HUB is operated in partnership with Bill Wilson Center and the County of Santa Clara.
